Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced End User Specialist to promote and support the use of JCB Power Tools within the UAE’s thriving construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong understanding of power tool applications and a passion for building relationships with end users on construction sites. This role will involve product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and providing expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for construction professionals on the features and benefits of JCB Power Tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction site managers, foremen, and workers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using JCB Power Tools.
• Gather feedback from end users to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest JCB Power Tool products and technologies.
• Provide reports of daily activities, customer interactions and sales possibilities.
• Assist the sales team with technical information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or power tool industry in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of power tools and their applications in construction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
• Technical or engineering related diploma or degree a plus.
• Ability to work in the UAE construction enviroment.
