Employee Relations Specialist required
Our client, a Global Luxury brand, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team in-office in Dubai. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Key objectives for this role include ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair manner.
To meet these objectives, this person will partner closely with the Sr HR Manager, HR Director, HRBP’s, as well as European Employment counsel, in working sophisticated employee relations cases.
