• Bachelor’s degree in a HR-related discipline: Professional HR qualifications are an advantage
• At least five years of experience in employee relations
• Strong knowledge of the labor law in the UAE
• Clear and able to communicate across different levels in the organization
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Excellent communication skills in English, and bilingual Hindi is an advantage.
