Lifisin Technologies is leading ELV and IT service provider based in Dubai, UAE. We are currently looking for a ELV & Security Sales Engineer with the below qualifications and work experienced.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years same field of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and structured cabling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Handling client quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing company terms, conditions and margins.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Preparing reports for head office on sales and collections.
  • Meeting regular sales targets monthly/quarterly and yearly is a must.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data and sharing it with the company.
  • Co-ordinating sales projects with other departments.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Address client problems and support in the design of custom-made products.
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
  • Learning the international and local standards related to the special systems afforded by the company.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Assist Procurement Team to onboard new Product distributors and Suppliers.
