Description:

We are hiring an ELV Procurement Officer for our office in Abu Dhabi.

With continued growth we are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure the procurement of required goods and services and ensures adherence to appropriate cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement in the procurement strategy.
• Effective proactive liaison with departments to forecast, plan and supply demand to relevant quality.
• Providing advice on procurement strategy.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Performing risk, value management and cost control.
• Negotiating and managing procurement contracts with suppliers.
• Manage vendor delivery and quality performance.
• Produce timely and accurate reports on suppliers’ performance.
• Preparation of procurement RFI’s packages for Industrial ELV systems.
• Review the design and supervise the following ELV Systems; CCTV, Access Control / Security, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA/VA, ICT Systems, Digital Score Board System, Telecommunication, Audio / Visual, Structured Cabling System, Wireless infrastructure and wireless access point.
• Reviewing shop drawings.
• Preparing material submittals.
• Preparing technical and financial comparison sheets

Note: Candidates having ELV Procurement experience will be considered.
