Hiring Electrical Shift Engineer (BMS) for Dubai location (Locally available)

UAE driving Licence is mandatory

Salary : AED 5,500

Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the installed equipment and EM systems such as UPS, LV Systems, Switchboards, ELVSystems, generators, DC power systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, BMS. Added advantage for knowledge in Chillers, VRF Systems, CRAH Systems, DX Units, FAHUs
• Inspects and supervises all PM and CM activities including maintains, and repairs HVAC, Power Generation, Low-Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems.
• Maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment.
• Operate and maintain the Building Management systems
• Lead and supervise the periodic preventive maintenance operations.
• Monitor remotely and physically the environment of the EM systems and equipment and make sure it is as perthe normal set levels and escalate complex issues and problems to the line manager.
• Prepare Reports and submit recommendations as required to the line manager.
• Need to report any incident of damage with detailed root cause analysis investigation.
• Need to check the customer material as per DC standard and update the records accordingly.
• Attending the shift duty according to the duty roaster 24×7
