Hiring Electrical Shift Engineer (BMS)

• Location : Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Duration : Long term
• Notice : 30 days
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Salary : 5,000 to 6,000 AED

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the installed equipment and EM systems such as UPS, LV Systems, Switchboards, ELVSystems, generators, DC power systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, BMS. Added advantagefor knowledge in Chillers, VRF Systems, CRAH Systems, DX Units, FAHUs
• Inspects and supervise all PM and CM activities including maintains, and repairs HVAC, Power Generation, Low-Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems.
• Evaluates all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process work assignments.
• Maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment.
• Operate and maintain the Building Management systems
• Lead and supervise the periodic preventive maintenance operations.
• Monitor remotely and physically the environment of the EM systems and equipment and make sure it is as perthe normal set levels and escalate complex issues and problems to the line manager
• Prepare Reports and submit recommendations as required to the line manager.
• Need to report any incident of damage with detailed root cause analysis investigation.
• Need to check the customer material as per DC standard and update the records accordingly.
• Need to respond to the customer emails with prompt reply.
• Need to do the routine rounds of the entire data center for any abnormalities.
• Need to be available 24x7x365, on call (if required)
• Attending the shift duty according to the duty roaster 24×7

Skills Required:

• Should have through knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment’s.
• 2Good knowledge of applicable standards and codes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and Single line diagrams.
• Strong technical background, preferable include practical and hands-on
