Hiring Electrical Control & Automation Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Control & Automation Designer with 2-3 years of experience in designing electrical systems using AutoCAD and EPLAN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing electrical control systems and automation solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Drafting: Develop electrical control system designs and layouts using AutoCAD and EPLAN software.
  • Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bill of materials (BOM) for control and automation systems.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

Project Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet technical specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing technical input and suggestions for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of UAE experience in electrical control system design, with a focus on AutoCAD and EPLAN software.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for electrical design and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems, automation principles, and UAE industry standards.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and other automation components is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).

Soft Skills:
