E-commerce Operations Executive Vacancy
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for presenting and selling company products and services via e-commerce channels. This includes the management of multiple Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and other additional digital marketplace channels.
Product management: Stabilized and gradually improved sales volume, conversion rate, and profit margin of old products by optimizing Listing and controlling Acos/CTR/CR of advertising;
Promotion of new products: Made promotion plans, wrote Listing, keyword optimization, promotional activities, internal (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc) and external (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc) promotion, etc.
Collected and analyzed market conditions and competitors, analyzed data and customized sales plan to maintain good operation of the store
Dealt with the orders and various problems of the store, reduced customer complaints, and ensured the daily operation and sales
Able to operate and increase store sales after completing assigned tasks;
Job requirements:
- Independent operation (Supervisor/Team leader is preferred)
- Interested in the e-commerce industry, enthusiastic and energetic.
