Hiring E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our online sales channels, managing product listings on various platforms, and driving the overall growth of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of online marketplaces, Amazon, Noon, social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Noon and Amazon Develop and maintain product pages and sales forecast
• Manage the customer service relationship and monitor seller rating. .
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities Conduct extensive online research
• At all times understanding marketing and sales strategies Handling e-commerce portal content and plan and add new categories/products Develop item set-up process to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels Report.
• analyze, negotiate and provide customer service for various marketplaces Manage quality assurance through site evaluations,
• internal audits and customer surveys Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecast channel reports by collecting, summarizing and interpreting data

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or export setting.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, social media, and e-commerce trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Salary: AED 3,500.00- 4,000.00 per month
