Job description
As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales and presence. You will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platforms, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock outs.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Customer Experience:
- Enhance the online shopping experience through user-friendly interfaces and responsive design.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve overall service.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, noon etc).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
