What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the e-billing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices
- Collaborate with billing assistants, attorneys, and clients for e-billing setup and rate management
- Track and report on all e-billing efforts, including appeal submissions and resolutions
- Conduct daily reviews of Intapp forms to ensure proper setup in invoicing systems
- Address and resolve any issues related to e-billing submissions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- College degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in legal e-billing
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with attorneys and business professionals
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Aderant Software is a plus
- Experience presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
