Job Title: Duty Manager

Location: Raviz Center Point Hotel, Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Higher Secondary Education or Higher

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
• Oversee front desk and guest services during assigned shifts
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ensure hotel policies, safety, and security protocols are followed
• Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (India or UAE preferred)
• Strong communication in English & Hindi
• Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and approach
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Flexible with shift timings, including weekends and holidays
