Hiring Draftsman for Interior Fit Out Company

Candidates willing to Join Immediately are preferred.

We are #hiring a well Experienced DRAFTSMAN with at least minimum 4 years’ experience in the same field in interior FIT OUT Company.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
• Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings.
• Preparing tender, construction, as built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design, furniture drawings.
• Prepare all drawings for Execution of the interior works as per design.
• Preparing the material List as per BOQ.
• Producing large scale documentation packages
• Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
• Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans, Shop drawing detailed.
• Preparing shop drawing for mainly Gypsum, joinery, interior fit out details and etc.
• Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-6 years’ experience in the same field.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop & Sketch up.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding.
• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
• UAE experience is a MUST.
• Available to join team immediately.
