Description:

We are now hiring for the position of a Draftsman to join us in our main branch in Dubai. The candidate shall have a minimum experience of 5+ years in Arch and civil Shop drawing and shall be an expert in AutoCAD plan swift, Excel and Revit recommended.

The salary will be negotiated as per experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD Draftsman & Detailer:
• Shop drawing for interior and exterior elevations, RCPs, floor plans, and section details with minimal.
• Organized and updated all changes requested by Clients and Engineers in order to keep
• Transferred designer’s concepts, ideas, and sketches into professionally documented blueprints,
• Created and set up company parametric and dynamic blocks and title blocks.
• Coordinated & developed CAD drawings from input provided by A/E Team & Owners.
• Coordinated with Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure the constructability and effectiveness of the Designs.
• Developed & prepared progress Drawings outlining the various phases of the projects from design to construction.
• Assisted and coordinated the project’s activities and the tasks of the Lead Architect.
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Draftsman Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture.
• A degree from a technical college also acceptable.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• The ability to draw manually is favorable, but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
