The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing project documents for building construction projects and ensuring proper filing, tracking, and distribution. This role is vital to maintaining compliance with procedures and supporting smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documents
• Maintain document control systems and enforce compliance with company procedures
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document approvals
• Track revisions and maintain version control for all documents
• Prepare and submit required documents to clients and authorities
