Should have strong experience as a Real Estate Developer

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and process jobs logged by customer as per priorities P1, P2, and P3 and validate the complaint if job is in scope or out of scope.
  • Assign relevant contractors, download from CAFM in PDF format and email or provide printed copies and coordinate with customer for access
  • Inspect the issue with contractors and update customer on the action plan / time frame of job completion. In case of invalid job educate customer, update call center team and CAFM records.
  • Follow up with supplier if the required spare part is claimable
  • Validate the necessity to procure required material claimed by contractors and obtains BOQ when required. Meet customers post job completion to ensure they are satisfied and contractors left work area clean.
  • Ensure closing jobs on CAFM as per SLA and supporting document uploaded. Update appropriate notes if any delay in attending / closing
  • Latent defects escalation, root cause analysis for the repeat issues
  • Coordination with call center team to schedule appointments for customer not available cases
  • Coordination with FMT and Property management for critical cases
  • Initiating refund process to customers for DEWA abnormal consumption, and back charge relevant contractors if their DLP is valid.
  • Coordinate with hospitality team to identify an accommodation for the resident in case of inhabitable condition
  • Identify unsatisfied customer by reviewing CSAT ratings, Pay a personal visit or call customers to find the reason for dissatisfaction so we can avoid such situation in future.
  • Call out exercise weekly to update customers on reason for delay in closing jobs and to update on anticipated dates of material deliveries / job completion
  • Maintain consistent positive ratings post job completion and zero SLA breach.
