Distribution Manager – Leading FMCG Business

This role will report to the Director of Supply Chain

Scope:

6 warehouses, 2 factories, fleet of over 350 vehicles and management of over 700 people with Warehouse managers directly reporting in.

What you need to be successful:

• 10 – 15 years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory, Logistics/Fleet management and Operations (With a relatively large FMCG business)
• Our client prefer to hire someone from an FMCG Manufacturer with a direct distribution model.
• A combination of experience with a distributor and principal is great but not mandatory
• You will be a hands on manager and people person who has experience with leading WMS and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE or others.
