Hiring Director of Food & Beverage – Trump International Golf Club, Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional to join our team as Director of Food & Beverage. This leadership role oversees all culinary and beverage operations across the golf club’s dining outlets, events, and member functions—ensuring impeccable service, financial excellence, and a world-class member experience in line with the Trump brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all F&B venues, including the clubhouse restaurant, bar, comfort stations, banquets, and events
  • Collaborate with chefs and bar managers to create seasonal menus and beverage programs
  • Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction consistent with Trump brand standards
  • Partner with events and golf teams to deliver seamless tournaments, weddings, and private functions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, labor management, and cost control
  • Hire, train, and inspire FOH and BOH teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and alcohol compliance standards
  • Build vendor relationships for premium product sourcing and operational efficiency
  • Leverage member feedback and data to enhance offerings and improve satisfaction
  • Report key metrics and initiatives to the General Manager and senior leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • 5–10 years’ experience in high-end F&B operations, ideally within a luxury golf club or resort
  • Strong leadership experience across FOH and BOH teams
  • Understanding of membership-based service culture
  • Proven ability to deliver financial performance and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in POS and club software systems (e.g., Jonas, Micros)
  • Certified in food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
