Digital Transformation Program Director

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Objective:

Manage and lead the Digital Transformation Program (DTP) by ensuring effective and timely delivery of all DTP projects and related strategic initiatives. Performing the role in accordance to best practices by promoting centre-of-excellence programme and project delivery methodologies; processes and tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring in Project Management, Operations Management or Strategic Management.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Project Management would be an added advantage.
• Essential Qualification/certifications: Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2.
• Must have Minimum 12 years’ experience as a project /portfolio manager in complex environments with proven experience in project /program Management planning, directing and execution.
• Minimum 6 years of experience to lead the team of portfolio or project managers.
• Proven experience in People Management with knowledge and experience of best practice project management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice and support to Project Owners and Sponsors.
