Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced digital media marketing specialist to join our team at a CA (Chartered Accountancy) firm. As a digital media marketing specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to promote our services and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s social media accounts, paid ads on social media (Google Ads), website strategies.
- Manage SEO and SMM campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the firm’s online reputation by responding to online reviews and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into the firm’s marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media marketing, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
