Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced digital media marketing specialist to join our team at a CA (Chartered Accountancy) firm. As a digital media marketing specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to promote our services and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company’s social media accounts, paid ads on social media (Google Ads), website strategies.
  • Manage SEO and SMM campaigns.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the firm’s online reputation by responding to online reviews and comments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into the firm’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media marketing, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
