Hiring Digital Media Artist/ Graphic Designer

• We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the
• Dynamic and fast-paced online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of
• Visually compelling designs for various gaming assets, including promotional materials, social media graphics, and in-game visuals.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Collaborate with senior graphic designers and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.
• Assist in the creation of visually appealing and on-brand design solutions for online gaming platforms.

Asset Creation:

• Design graphics for promotional campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and website visuals.
• Create in-game assets, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Collaborate with game developers to ensure visual consistency across gaming platforms.

Brand Adherence:

• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a visual style guide for gaming assets.

Creative Ideation:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new gaming concepts and promotional campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, etc.), to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills, preferably with a focus on gaming or entertainment.
• Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Passion for online gaming and a good understanding of gaming culture.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic animation skills or knowledge of motion graphics.
