Teal Media is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, mission-driven team!

In this role, you’ll support the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns that help our clients drive engagement, grow their audiences, and amplify their impact. You’ll work closely with our strategists, designers, and developers to bring digital strategies to life across social media, email, SEO, and paid media—while contributing to performance tracking, content creation, and ongoing optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Strategy Support
  • Support the execution of digital strategy for a portfolio of Teal clients
  • Past experience in at least 3 of the following areas of digital marketing: social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising (social or programmatic), website content strategy, analytics, and SEO. As well as a strong desire to expand your skillset across digital media, and a proven track record of doing so.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and consensus building skills to fully understand the problem we are trying to solve and comfort participating in internal and client strategy conversations.
  • Comfort in gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and formulating preliminary insights.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to develop & communicate a strong creative direction for evergreen and campaign marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that all deliverables adhere to quality standards, project timeline, and project budget
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, best practices, and benchmarks, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into project work
  • Evaluate opportunities in projects and client relationships for upsells
  • Digital Creative Copywriting
  • Assist in writing copy that matches brand voice.
  • Edit and proofread graphics, strategy and reporting decks, and other content produced by your teammates, including conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior to publishing.
  • Create social posts and digital ads that are compelling, and partner with the Graphic Design team members on stylistic direction.
  • Develop email marketing content that gets opened, read and clicked.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or consulting environment
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with core digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, analytics, and/or paid advertising
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for brand voice and audience engagement
  • Ability to synthesize data and performance insights into clear takeaways
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable collaborating across teams and with clients
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • A strong desire to grow their skill set across digital channels and learn from teammates
