We are searching for a highly creative digital marketing specialist to lead our marketing campaigns. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our company’s influence locally while also increasing company loyalty and awareness.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and experience within the industry is a massive advantage.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
- WordPress knowledge is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
