Are you a dynamic and results-driven digital marketing professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts in Dubai.

About the Role:

 As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI. You’ll manage digital advertising, analyze performance metrics, and oversee social media strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display, Social Media, Email, etc.). Manage budgets to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
  • Digital Advertising: Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Optimize targeting and creative assets for peak performance.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through digital channels. Improve conversion rates across landing pages and ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Content & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, collaborate with creative teams, and stay on top of trends to boost engagement.
  • Budget Management: Optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective performance and forecast monthly expenses.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot (or other CRMs), and social media management tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content creation and management.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
