Hiring Digital Marketing Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Website updation
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite
- Ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Develop projects to create content
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Newsletters/ Interview ads/ Brochure/ Poster Designing
- Content writing
- Company profile and Department profiles.
- Awards – Nomination Document Preparation
Qualifications:
- Skills in MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google
- Photography/ Videography skills would be added value
- Video Editing skills / VFX / Graphics/ 3d max- Any would be preferable.
- Photoshop and Illustrator are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of online commerce is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
- Ability to write clearly and support word processing when necessary.
- Thorough understanding and the ability to navigate social media platforms.
- Strong writing skills required.
- Ability to multitask and work well under limited supervision.
- Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
- Analytical skills.
- Great communication skills.
