Hiring Digital Content and IT Support Executive:

Location: DIP,Dubai

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience

Should be available in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mailbox management, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings, using Office 365 Mailbox Management. Email-related problems should be tracked and fixed to guarantee effective communication.
• Operate Perception Point’s email filtering system to safeguard data security and shield the company from email-based risks.
• Managing Endpoint Security: In order to protect business data and devices, manage and maintain endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus software, firewalls, and encryption tools.
• Use Canva to develop eye-catching graphics for a range of marketing materials, presentations, and web content.
• Maintain and update the organization’s WordPress website, making the required adjustments to make sure it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Design and administer Google Forms to gather data, conduct surveys, and solicit feedback in support of marketing and operational activities.
• Corel Draw and Photoshop are two programs that you should be familiar with in order to generate marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help IT and have a positive impact on projects as a whole. To effectively communicate technical knowledge to team members who aren’t technically inclined, show exceptional communication skills.
