Hiring Development Manager (Hospitality)

Description: Hospitality development experience to join our team, located in Abu Dhabi. As a Hospitality Development manager, it’s required to play a crucial role in this sector through your knowledge clubbed with your experience & network with various hotel brands and operators.

Development Manager will also have business acumen for analyzing market trends, financial data, and business processes to drive informed decision making and strategic planning. Development Manager will collaborate with development & design departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance projects’ operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing & utilizing your network/experience in hospitality sector for creating new opportunities as well as pitching relevant products based on market requirements.
  • Performing key role in identifying hotel brands and operator selection.
  • Performing pivotal role in negotiating terms and closing deals with selected brands.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, and due diligence for new real estate developments and acquisitions.
  • Analyze acquisitions, dispositions, and financing using discounted cash flow models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, business administration, Finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven 10+ years of experience in Hospitality  Development with one or more brands, alongwith with a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment analysis
  • An outgoer with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to drive business impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, Oracle .
