Position – Desktop support Officer

Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 3000- 3500

Job Description

• Experience with Operating Systems – How to install, configure
• Knowledge of ITIL is a must
• Basic Application – How to tackle issues in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word?
• Experience in resolving issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom
• Knowledge of Problem vs Service Request
• Knowledge of Incidents and Problem
• Experience related to Network/Hacking
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
• Knowledge of O365 Setup and Support
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• -Customer-oriented attitude
• BSc/BE/BTech/3 Years Diploma in Computer Science/IT or relevant field
• A UAE driving License is an added advantage.
