Currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer – System Admin for a company Based In Abu Dhabi.

Requirement: 4-5 years of Desktop Support Engineer, System Admin, Office 365 etc experience is must.

  • Provide support for email
  • Request Distribution list
  • Restore mailbox
  • Increase/ decrease in mailbox size

Office Application

  • Provide Standard Office (Approved by GLIDE)
  • Standard Software
  • Provide support for GLIDE approved applications like Adobe reader, 7 Zip, Browsers
  • Install/ support other GLIDE approved applications – Visio, MS Project, etc.
  • Basic technical support for the Glide Website
  • Support for Client-side software issues (e.g. outlook, AV, Malware related problems)
