Team Lead Criteria:
- Min 5-6 years’ Experience in IT support field and Team management
- Managing large team
- Managing daily IT operations as a single point of contact
- Able to provide daily weekly monthly report on the tickets and team performance.
- Able to handle escalations and provide proper feedback to stakeholders.
- Able to coordinate with multiple internal IT support teams for smooth operations.
