• Greet, welcome guests, and provide them with a positive first impression of the clinic
• Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area
• Document and communicate various actions irregularities, and continuing needs and billing
• Schedule appointments and keep those appointments on time
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
