Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Perform gap analyses to identify delivery requirements for multiple streams of the project.
• Develop and facilitate AMI delivery through subcontractors and customer teams.
• Support site coordinator and implementation specialists with installation, training, and quality assurance, HSE processes for AMI project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors whose support is critical to successful implementation.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding actual performance to goals, improvement opportunities, the program environment and management support requirements to meet targeted performance.
• Establish and support AMI delivery processes while providing customers and vendors with timely, accurate information and support required to meet project needs.
• Apply in-depth, advanced knowledge and skills of specialized technical areas with understanding of external environment factors that may affect own specialist area.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and counseling to onsite coordinator and implementation specialists to further develop their understanding of specialized functions.
• Ability to lead the large team’s onsite/offsite & travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting metering AMR/AMI services
• Experience in designing and facilitating AMI setup with insight on technical and operational areas.
• PMP Certified & Proficient with Project tools: MS Project etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in engineering/computer science or similar
• UAE Driving license.
