Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from various sources into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries for clients and internal teams.
- Handle data entry projects and tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage data entry deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
- Perform routine data validation and cleansing to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Familiarity with data management systems and databases is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
