Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Verify and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Handle data entry projects and tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
