Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Type of Engagement: 6-month with the possibility to go permanent with our client (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Work Location: Remote (Must work PST hours so west coast candidates preferred)

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information. This role is critical in supporting stakeholders across the State by providing timely and reliable data.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data with high accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required.

    Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
