Description: Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide crucial administrative data management support to our energy efficiency team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent data management, and assisting in various administrative tasks. Your contributions will help streamline processes and contribute to the success of our energy efficiency programs.

What will you do?

The Administrative Assistant will work in a dynamic team environment on residential energy efficiency (EE) new home program work. As an Administrative Assistant for PSD, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled professionals that manage new construction energy ratings and programs for utilities. Your role would be to assist the team with the administrative tasks that accompany this type of work.

Position Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

  • Recording, tracking, and maintaining data
  • Responding to participant inquiries, as necessary
  • Onboarding new participants
  • Assisting Program Management with tracking various program performance metrics via Excel and other database tools
  • Review and approval of home submittals
  • Recording of meeting minutes and tracking of follow up action items
  • Having fun at work with an awesome team!

This position can either be remotely based or in an office, depending on location. If remotely based, the ability to work comfortably from home is a must.

Need to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Aptitude for learning new software tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Primary work in Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other database applications
  • Excellent skills in utilizing GIFs for humor in Microsoft Teams
