Required Skills

- A solid command of the English language is mandatory; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or triage roles is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry is preferred, although entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
