Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Handle reservations, inquiries, bookings, and confirmations with a focus on excellent service
• Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and changes
• Transaction Management: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and a can do attitude
• Self motiviated with a strong work ethic
• Passionate to helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
• Must be 18 years or older.
