Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Rack Electric. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy.
- Review and process forms, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and update databases as required, ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Organize and file paperwork and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with generating reports and tracking key performance metrics.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Perform data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data management and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration, data management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
