Data Entry Operator

We at IIQAF are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator with great organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must have outstanding keyboarding skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable working with a variety of computer programs and databases. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for collecting, entering, and verifying data in our software and systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of results.
Responsibilities
- Collect and enter data into systems utilizing a variety of forms, including web-based, spreadsheet, word processing, mail, databases and more
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all systems
- Create and maintain data-entry logs, tracking information, and audit systems to ensure accuracy
- Assist in other related duties, such as verifying data, assisting in reports, etc.
- Generate reports on data entry accuracy and progress
- Create and update user accounts for the system
- Follow all procedural and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
- Understanding of databases
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred
