Fortuna is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support data operations for key stakeholders across the State. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who excel at maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in data processing. Candidates on the West Coast are preferred, and the role operates primarily during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Worksite: Remote/Virtual West Coast Candidates Preferred
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday PST Business Hours
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Employment Type: W2 Only, 6-Month Right to Hire

What You’ll Do
- Enter and update data with high accuracy
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Generate reports and summaries as required
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
