Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Health Insurance industry, situated in Sterling Heights, Michigan, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be primarily tasked with data management, coordination of benefits, and providing necessary assistance.
Responsibilities
- Handle heavy data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Review and coordinate benefits meticulously
- Assist in resolving related issues when required
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking prompt action when necessary
- Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and speed
- Operate and manage company-provided equipment including laptop, docking station, monitor, keyboard, and mouse
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other necessary software for data management
- Understand and apply medical terminologies appropriately
- Maintain reliable, high-speed internet for efficient remote work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Data Entry is essential.
- Mastery of spreadsheet software is required.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology is necessary.
- Demonstrable Computer Proficiency.
