As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data in our company’s systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage data in various systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
