What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process and digitize incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy
- Capture and validate complex data from various source documents
- Classify images and documents accurately
- Pre-adjudicate documents and make necessary corrections to data
- Verify data using automated extraction tools and follow established procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be able to type at least 40+ words per minute with high accuracy
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and internet research
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate
- Must pass an internet speed test and have a high-speed internet connection via ethernet
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing
- Experience in data entry or related fields
