Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst to join our passionate team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence, all while working from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help improve our resort’s operational performance. You will work closely with leadership to track key metrics, improve guest experiences, and optimize our marketing and sales strategies. There is real opportunity to grow witin the company and our parent company beach city life.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various resort departments (reservations, spectators, sales, etc.).
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and present reports to leadership, making actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Use data to optimize pricing strategies, guest satisfaction, and marketing initiatives.
• Support business decisions by creating visualizations and dashboards.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms and systems.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism analytics is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• All prospective candidates must reside in and be available to work in the USA or Canada. This requirement is mandatory for all time zones.
