What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct detailed analysis and extensive research on data to provide actionable insights
- Develop, optimize, and maintain data visualizations and user documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify user needs and business requirements
- Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques with Oracle SQL Developer, Tableau Desktop, and Microsoft Excel
- Lead the preparation and presentation of technical reports, making data-driven recommendations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Data Analyst III: High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of full-time experience in data analysis, research, or reporting work
- Data Analyst IV: High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of full-time experience in data analysis, research, or reporting work
- Each year (30 semester hours) of relevant coursework may substitute for one year of experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data set evaluation
- Background in database design development and data mining
- Ability to present findings and facilitate workshops
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for data products
