About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you’ll harness the power of Qualtrics and SAP SuccessFactors to turn complex data into actionable solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop data models, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data quality and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data using Qualtrics for various projects.
- Extract, transform, and load data from SAP SuccessFactors for analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Conduct data quality assessments and follow governance best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and relevant technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience focusing on Qualtrics and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Knowledge of data governance principles.
- Certification in Qualtrics and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
