What’s the role analyzing complex data in order to identify opportunities and gain insights across loyalty, managing delivery of timely reports and monthly segmentation models, supporting stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis for acquisition, retention of loyalty members by using advanced analytical techniques such as statistical and algorithmic modeling. Mine and analyze large complex data sets by applying statistical techniques to identify critical insights Manage the delivery of segmentation/ churn / propensity models Engage in campaign management processes to provide pre/post analysis Prepare dashboards and visuals summarizing the key outputs Measure ROI of marketing efforts using consistent test and learn tactics Analyze and benchmark internal data and performance with global best practice
