Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing healthcare data, interpreting complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, patient care, and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals, to help drive improvements through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare-related data from various sources (e.g., Electronic Health Records, patient surveys, claims data, etc.).
- Provide insights and reports that support decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and optimize operational processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify data needs and assist in the implementation of healthcare-related strategies.
- Conduct trend analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting on healthcare-related metrics.
- Ensure compliance with DHA and other relevant regulations when handling patient data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic healthcare initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and terminology (DHA).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization tools
- Experience with healthcare data management platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
