Arabian Oud is Actively Searching for a Data Analyst to join its team In Dubai

Key Tasks:-

  • Monitor and collect data related to Arabian Oud user interactions, website traffic, and sales performance.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to gather relevant data using tools like Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key insights related to user behavior and purchasing habits.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to identify areas for improvement in the user experience based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide recommendations for website enhancements to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to improve user experience based on data insights slightly exceeds the traditional scope of a Data Analyst.
  • Evaluate sales data to identify high-performing products, customer segments, and sales channels for Arabian Oud and all the other brands we will bring
  • Work closely with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Planning and executing A/B tests tends to be more specialized, often falling under the purview of product analysts or conversion optimization specialists. While Data Analysts might be involved, it’s not typically their main focus.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes to the website or marketing strategies.
  • Interpret results and make recommendations based on test outcomes.
  • Develop models to forecast future trends in user behavior, sales, and market demand.
  • Provide insights for strategic decision-making and inventory management.

Reporting

  • Generate regular reports for key stakeholders, summarizing performance metrics and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings clearly and understandably, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and UX/UI design, to integrate data insights into decision-making processes.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members, translating data findings into actionable strategies.

Required Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:-

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

Job Specific Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to various stakeholders.
